Hassan Tabba is the Chief Executive Officer of Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML).
He graduated in 2019 from Bentley University in Business & Finance. After graduating, Hassan worked on developing corporate strategies. Upon joining YTML, he has not only developed the organizational culture and promoted transparency and collaboration throughout the organization, but has also worked on developing partnerships with company stakeholders, shareholders, industry regulators and other relevant parties.
He started his career with Yunus Brothers Group (YBG). The group has joint venture Manufacturing Companies in Iraq, the DRC and trading operations in the UAE. The group has an annual turnover of over USD 3 billion and assets worth USD 2.5 billion.
Fatimah Tabba is the head of E-commerce at Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML), overseeing operations specifically pertaining to e-commerce. She has a BA in Economics and Finance and an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Fatimah’s career started after graduating from London and starting her own venture, Lucky Foods. Lucky Foods Pvt Ltd is a part of the prestigious Yunus Brothers Group (YBG), one of the largest and most prominent business groups in all of Pakistan. The company was established in 2015, and it aimed to tackle the widespread problem of adulteration in the quality of milk, which was available in markets. She was Chief Operating Officer for 2 years, after which she left to attend graduate school in the US. Upon returning, she joined YTML and has been a valuable asset to the company since then.
Eman Tabba is the Head of Corporate Communications and CSR at Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML). Eman is part of the Executive Management while playing a pivotal role in providing a strategic vision to the organization.
She studied at The Lyceum School from 2018-2020, where she did her A Levels, and is currently reading for a degree in History & Political Economy at King’s College London. At YTML, she has actively participated in planning for e-commerce & interdisciplinary projects, as well as playing a significant role in working on expansion and development.
As a member of YTML’s board, she is trying to play a vital role towards the development of a vision & a mission, along with industrial strategies that will eventually result in the growth and success of the company. Aside from her multi-purpose role at YTML, she is actively engaged in many social and educational projects.

Mohammad Nisar Palla is the Chief Operating Officer of Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) since 2007. Prior to joining Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) he was the Vice President at Bank One (JP Morgan Chase) in Chicago USA. He joined YTML in 2002 and has played a pivotal role in making Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) the largest producer and exporter of home textile products in Pakistan.
Mr. Palla started his career as a financial analyst at Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco in 1993. He has over 28 years of experience in banking and textile sector and has held various executive and leadership positions. He is a graduate of Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Management from San Jose State University, CA.
Adil Edhi is an electrical engineer by profession from NED University and has an MBA from the University of Birmingham in Strategic Management.
Adil started his career at YTML in 1999. His career spans over two decades where he started his journey as Merchandizer, scaling up to reach the C-suite level. He oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Spinning and Weaving divisions and leads all planning and sourcing activities related to raw material within our company.
He has a strong vision for growth of this company to continuously prosper as a profitable entity and to scale excellence at every level. And to put that vision into action, Adil continuously strives with dedication to make sure YTML remains at the top. His motivation and hard work are an invaluable asset to this company.
Imran Ahmad Cheema is part of the manufacturing leadership and is resource person for Manufacturing Excellence. He completed Masters in 1995 from University of Agriculture in Industrial/ Applied Chemistry. He has additional qualification as Charted Textile Chemist and Associate of Textile Institute UK.
A Senior Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain Executive having experience of 26 years in Lean, Six Sigma and leadership to drive business transformations in both large and small organizations including chemical, cement and textile industry. Strong competencies including strategic business planning, international operations management, business turnaround and transformation, quality management, projects, safety management, lean process reengineering, One of his greatest accomplishment is the invention of soft printing method on which patent is granted by USPTO (United States Patent and Trade Mark Office).
Altaf Makna started his corporate journey in 1989 and has over 30 years of vast experience in financial management. In 2011, he joined our company as a Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary.
Altaf completed his Chartered Accountancy from A.F Ferguson & Co and did his SAP-FI certification from Siemens Pakistan.
He has diversified experience of textile industry. His association with Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) spans over more than 10 years. He has gained experience in development of internal controls, treasury management, taxation, legal matters, budgeting, antidumping laws, acquisition and merger.
Altaf Gul Muhammad is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML). Altaf plays an integral role in leading procurement and sourcing division, executing on time availability with competitive cost and best quality from our domestic and international vendors.
A double masters in Physics and Business, Altaf started off his journey in 2002 at YTML as a Marketing Manager, and worked his way up to a C-Suite position in the organization. He has rotated and gained experience around multiple portfolios, including marketing, sales, operations management, supply chain and project management. With over 27 years of experience in textile industry, Altaf has been pivotal to business growth at YTML over the years and has successfully led multiple teams during his journey from a Marketing Manager to a C-Suite executive.
Altaf’s major areas of expertise include negotiations, people management, and operations oversight. His corporate training at Stanford Business School and LUMS has enabled him to elevate YTML performance in the past few years. Some examples of his contributions include saving the organization millions in material procurement, overseeing large scale capacity expansion projects, developing new business with some of our major customers and establishing long term relationships with our vendor partners.
Rizwan Younus has a prodigious over 20 years of experience in textile industry. He started his journey with Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) as a Manager Production Planning. Rizwan did his Masters from University of Karachi with majors in food, science & technology, CMI certification from KSBL moreover, he is certified Lean six sigma practitioner and implemented the doctrine in Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) along with Process Visualization.
Over 1.7 decades of his tenure he had developed Planning, Team Management, Visual premises, Leadership skills and strategy deployment. He has successfully implemented Manufacturing Excellence processes, led end to end agility of value stream initiative to reduce manufacturing lead time, KPI identification and its implementation and established management system.
Azmat Ali Merchant is currently heading the sales of European and UK division and is also responsible for international operations of our subsidiary in France, Future Home. He is one of the founding members with a strong association with the company since 1996. Azmat has more than 25 years of experience in the textile industry and with the group. With the broadening of experience and exposure, his role was enhanced over time and ultimately assigned the responsibility to drive the business.
Azmat has a dynamic history of the textile sector and is involved in various developmental and operational activities within the company. The depth of his knowledge coupled with his years of experience are invaluable and a driving force that brings critical change aiding towards business growth.
His strengths encompass strong leadership and change management skills, accompanied by strong customer relationship management. Not only has Azmat’s contribution enhance the volume and profit by many folds, but the company excels on sustainable manners, given his focus on sustainable affairs.
Haider Bokhary started his journey with YTM in 2002, he has an experience of 25 years in textile marketing. He has an MBA in international business from the University of Business Administration, Karachi. He oversees the North American division of our company and also oversees our subsidiary Royale Linens in USA.
With a keen interest in product development, he has a vital contribution in being part of the process to elevate Yunus Textile Mills Limited (YTML) as a leading home fashion supplier. His role is considered instrumental to business growth. He considers our customers as the center point of all our efforts and always strives to excite them with newness in products and services. Haider has an extensive investment into expanding verticality and diversity of equipment in last 3 years and has strong aspiration to position YTML as a lead global player in the home textile industry.
Tehmina Ali is an accomplished and well-known HR professional with over 25 years of rich experience in Pharmaceutical, Banking, Manufacturing, FMCG and Textile sector. She is well-versed in driving Human Resources Management towards prosperity. She is known for her ability to identify strategies that spark innovation, growth and advanced business goals.
She has accomplished in leading generations with her strong strategic-driven leadership. She has effective management skills that can help an organization to transition into a better state.
With significant experience of Mergers and Acquisitions both in terms of due diligence as well as integrations of organizations from systems, culture, people point of view. She is good at handling turn-arounds and quantum growth phases. She is a certified HR practitioner from various international governing bodies.
Junaid Shekha has more than 20 years of professional experience and serves as Head of Internal Audit and Secretary to Board Audit Committee.
Previously, he has served at Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited in different capacities including chief internal auditor and head of operations. Before that he remained associated with Big-4 accounting firms, locally and internationally.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP) and Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of Pakistan. He is also a certified internal auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, USA. Additionally, he is a certified board director from ICAP.
In his personal capacity, Junaid has voluntarily served in leadership and management roles for various organizations including the Southern Regional Committee of ICAP and Memon Professional Forum.
Batool is a graduate in Textile Design Technology. She has been leading in Home Textile Design and Product Development for 18 years. Her main role at YTML is developing concepts, brands, strategies, teams, and partnerships to create a successful trend-right product for all soft home categories.
Jeffrey Kambak joined Yunus USA in July of 2023, entrusted with the task of restructuring the US-based sales and design teams in NYC. His strategic vision and extensive expertise have positioned him to oversee sales, marketing, and growth strategies in North America. With an illustrious 40-year career in the home fashions industry, Jeff has held senior sales and management roles in the industry giants such as WestPoint Stevens, Welspun, Li and Fung USA, and an eight-year tenure as CEO overseeing US Operations at the Trident Group.
Hailing from Southern California, Jeff ventured into home fashions in 1983, when WestPoint Pepperell recruited him during his senior year at Loyola Marymount University. His leadership qualities were honed as a 4-year varsity letterman and captain of the University’s Division 1 baseball team. He loves adventure, and his career has led him to travel across the U.S. Jeff, was elected as a member of the Board of Directors for the Home Fashion Products Association in 2016, and currently serves as Vice President.
Outside the realms of his professional endeavors, Jeff finds solace in family life. Residing in Sparta, NJ, with his wife Nathalie and their 20-year-old son Kaden, he is actively involved in Boy Scouts and is currently a member of The Order of the Arrow, regarded as Scouting’s “national honor society.”
