Yunus Textiles under its zero waste program has been actively pursuing policies and practices in combating climate change in all aspects of its operations.
The international day of awareness of food loss and waste is no exception as this challenge of 1.3 billion tons of food lost at various stages from production to consumption accounts for one-third of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions and generates 8% of greenhouse gases annually.
