Assistant Manager Production – Home Textile

Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for energetic profiles for the below-mentioned position based in Landhi, Karachi.

Qualification:

Graduation/Masters

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage production targets to ensure smooth operations through effective line balancing.
• Monitor accessories, fabric, and ongoing production to ensure alignment with daily plans.
• Supervise packing and transfers to ensure they are completed within set timelines.
• Conduct floor visits with line leaders to maintain effective checks and balances.
• Implement and monitor management policies while ensuring clear team communication for smooth workflows.
• Oversee KPI boards, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met, including conducting Gemba and Obeya reviews on the production floor.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
• Offer timely feedback on staff performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
