DE&I requires active, intentional, and ongoing efforts to promote the full participation and sense of belonging of every employee, customer, and strategic partner. It involves policies and practices, but also the ability to envision and enact new ways of leading.
Therefore, the leadership of YUNUS has stepped forward to discuss and make benchmarks on our #diversity, #equity & #inclusion goals and how we can accelerate the agenda to make an impact through it. The idea is to place equity before diversity & inclusion and we believe that without #equity, #efforts to promote diversity and inclusion are laudable, but not sustainable.
However, Inclusion is already articulated in YTML’s MISSION statement which shows our Leadership’s firm allegiance with DE&I objectives
