Responsibilities:

• Executed cell formation and line balancing for optimized operations.
• Developed and implemented a Style Bulletin system.
• Managed KPI Board, ensuring statistical analysis and performance tracking.
• Led the Kaizen process to establish standard work through KPI boards and GEMBA practices.
• Determined daily machine requirements to meet production needs.
• Conducted SAM studies and rate evaluations for efficiency.
• Served as a backup scheduler to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensured a continuous production flow across all processes.
• Regularly updated the KPI board to reflect real-time performance metrics.
• Cleared all piece-rate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and transparency.
