Officer (Marketing)

Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for energetic profiles for the below-mentioned position based in Landhi, Karachi.

Responsibilities:

•  Execute and manage orders by creating internal orders in OCMS and ensuring all pre-requisites such as design approval, PE approval, and PP meetings are completed on time.
•  Coordinate closely with internal departments to meet product, sampling, and production requirements while identifying and correcting any discrepancies in product specifications.
•  Lead pre-production activities including PP, testing, and TOP samples to ensure timely approvals and adherence to pre-costed parameters, including packaging.
•  Continuously track order and sample status, update the Marketing Executive on progress, and highlight any deviations from the agreed plan.
•  Communicate directly with customers regarding sampling, production status, and approvals while maintaining strong professional relationships.
•  Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including PE reviews, placement meetings, PP meetings, testing standards, and purchase order verification (cost and quantity).
•  Maintain and regularly update TNA, prepare Greige files in OCMS as per issuance and shipment plans, and flag delays for timely resolution.
•  Manage inspections as per customer requirements and coordinate fabric shortfalls in consultation with Assistant Manager/Manager Marketing.
